Pricing Details

  • Weekday Rental (Mon-Thu): $200 per day
  • Weekend Rental (Fri-Sun): $300 per day
  • Post 91 Members: $50 per day
  • Security Deposit: $100 (refundable)
  • Cleaning Fee: $50

Rental Terms and Conditions

Please make sure to read our rental terms and conditions before booking:

  • All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
  • Full payment is due 3 days before the event.
  • The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event, provided no damages are found.
  • The rental includes use of the main hall, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • All decorations must be removed, and the premises left clean.
